About the role

Due to dynamic business development, we are currently looking for a Key Account Leader for our Front Line Care Division.

You will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to our business growth. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an extraordinary team and work with a diverse range of products from our esteemed portfolio.

This role combines strategic account management with strong, hands-on customer engagement, including product presentations and demonstrations directly in clinical environments.

Your expertise will help us compete and excel in the market, ensuring the successful implementation of our objectives in the following area: Dolnośląskie, Opolskie, Ślaskie, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie voivodeship.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver successfully sales targets as outlined in the Sales Plan for our Front Line Care portfolio (small devices).
  • Build and sustain a comprehensive grasp of the assigned product group, covering features, functionality, pricing, and warranty.
  • Engage directly with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, delivering product showcases and hands-on demonstrations in hospital settings.
  • Proactively identify and follow up on new and existing business opportunities.
  • Foster strong working relationships with Baxter distributors to ensure a flawless sales process and provide support for pre- and post-sale activities.
  • Conduct effective training for distributor sales teams on the full range of connected and networked products, ensuring proficiency in selling Baxter products.
  • Establish and lead reference accounts, coordinating pricing, product installation, and support, while maintaining relationships with key collaborators and decision-makers.
  • Act as a project manager, driving and running technology evaluations and delivering sales-generating technical solutions for large opportunities or installations.
  • Advise on competitive products and services to help build strategies for defending and growing market penetration.

What you will bring:

  • University degree or equivalent experience and a proven sales background in the Medical Equipment or Pharma industry, including solid understanding of the hospital sales dynamics and tender process.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Capacity to deliver successful presentations and product demonstrations to large and cross-functional audiences along with ability to train, motivate, mentor, and influence peers and team members.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 80% and possess an unrestricted driver's license.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 184,000.00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
