At Baxter, our HR Operations teams in Poland support employees across Europe, helping deliver consistent, high-quality HR services across the region. As part of a growing team,you’llplayan important rolein ensuring the employee experience runs smoothly from hire to retirement.Working within a global delivery model,you’llhelp manage key HR processes, resolve inquiries, and support employees withaccurate,timelyservice. This is an opportunity to contribute to a developing HR Operations hub while collaborating with teams across Europe.
What you'll do
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services at scale. This includes supporting employees through HR systems and service channels, managing employee data and documentation, and handling key transactions across the employee lifecycle. Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you’ll partner across regions to ensure processes are consistent, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll also contribute to improving how HR services are delivered while helping make them more streamlined, scalable, and effective.
