Summary:

This HR Analyst role focuses on handling escalated employee inquiries and complex Workday transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient end‑to‑end HR operations across onboarding, employee movements, and exits. The position monitors service delivery through queue performance and SLA tracking while supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement of customer experience. It partners closely with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases, maintain data integrity, and contribute to reporting, audits, and system enhancements. Additionally, the analyst drives knowledge management, and promotes process improvements through insights, documentation, and team collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated Tier 1 inquiries requiring deeper investigation.
  • Monitor queue performance and SLA compliance.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts on customer service best practices.
  • Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend knowledge base updates.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to resolve complex employee concerns.
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing call/chat interactions.
  • Contribute to FAQ and knowledge article development.
  • Lead team huddles and share process updates.
  • Process complex Workday transactions and handle escalations.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, movements, exits).
  • Support Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain employee documentation and records.
  • Support system enhancements, UAT, and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and knowledge articles.
  • Help team with decision making and process improvement ideas.
  • Liaise with HRBPs and onshore partners on complex cases.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in German language are required
  • Proven customer service experience with issue resolution track record
  • Experience handling escalations and difficult conversations
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and queue management

Education and/or Experience:

  • Graduate/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Experience: 2-5 years in HR Operations

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 112 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
