Votre rôle

Au sein de l'organisation Comptabilité Générale, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la garantie de la conformité comptable, fiscale et réglementaire des entités de votre périmètre. Vous veillez à l'exactitude des états financiers établis selon les normes US GAAP et les exigences statutaires locales, tout en contribuant à la qualité du reporting financier de la région EMEA.

En véritable partenaire des équipes Finance, GBS, des opérationnels et des prestataires externes, vous accompagnez les activités comptables de bout en bout et participez activement à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers.

Vos missions principales

  • Préparer les états financiers statutaires des entités de votre périmètre et coordonner les audits externes afin d'assurer leur réalisation dans les délais impartis.
  • Participer au respect des échéances fiscales (TVA, impôt sur les sociétés, etc.) en collaboration avec les conseillers fiscaux externes et les équipes internes.
  • Accompagner le Responsable Comptable dans la production des reportings US GAAP, statutaires et fiscaux, en garantissant leur fiabilité, leur exhaustivité et leur conformité.
  • Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures internes, des exigences réglementaires ainsi que des contrôles internes et externes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Global Business Services (GBS) et les partenaires de services afin d'assurer la bonne exécution des processus financiers.
  • Contribuer aux projets locaux, régionaux et internationaux en apportant votre expertise financière et comptable.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et des contrôles financiers.
  • Promouvoir la culture Finance auprès des différentes parties prenantes de l'organisation.
  • Respecter et promouvoir les exigences en matière de sécurité, d'environnement et de performance énergétique.

Votre profil

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Finance, Comptabilité ou équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale, audit financier ou reporting financier.
  • Vous maîtrisez les normes US GAAP ainsi que les enjeux fiscaux associés.
  • Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des normes comptables locales applicables à votre périmètre.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication, votre esprit d'équipe, votre autonomie et votre proactivité.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de reporting ainsi que le Pack Office, notamment Excel.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement international et/ou en cabinet d'audit constitue un atout.
  • La connaissance de JDE (JD Edwards) est un plus.
