Your role at Baxter: • To perform your duties in accordance with the organization's culture of compliance with rules and ethical business practices.

What you will do at Baxter:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Lead process validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, SPC).
  • Optimize manufacturing flow, line balancing, and workstation design.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • Statistical tools (DOE, SPC) .
  • Validation of processes and quality systems (CAPA, change management)
  • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
  • ERP systems (JDE preferred) • AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Intermediate English.

What you will contribute to Baxter:

Resolve quality issues using CAPA, NCMR, and structured problem-solving tools Support engineering changes, new product launches, and equipment installations Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain)
