Your role at Baxter:
· Perform your duties following the culture of compliance with rules and ethical business practices in the organization.

Your responsibilities at Baxter include: • Ensuring compliance with Baxter's policies and code of conduct. • Implementing Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to, the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policies. • Using personal protective equipment while on company premises and adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. • Completing all training related to your assigned tasks. • Identifying and segregating non-conforming materials detected during the production process, following internal quality system procedures and good documentation practices. • Ensuring that all equipment used is functioning properly. • Reporting product defects generated during the production process, following internal quality system procedures.• Maintain a clean and organized work area and use all equipment correctly for its intended purpose. • Comply with the company's internal regulations. • Identify and implement improvement projects focused on ergonomics, quality, and productivity. • The activities mentioned above cover the main responsibilities of the position, but do not exclude other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned occasionally. Know and follow the activities of your position in accordance with the area's procedures. Comply with Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and/or Good Storage Practices. Consider performance indicators in accordance with the area/leader's objectives. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. Comply with regulatory training or any training that allows you to improve your performance.

What you will contribute to Baxter:

Plan, develop and control the activities related to the efficient acquisition of materials from national and international suppliers.

  • Procurement execution and supply chain management.
  • Inventory control and working capital support.
  • Supplier performance monitoring. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BAAN, Ariba, or others).
  • Intermediate English.
