Rejoignez nos équipes et prenez la responsabilité d’une cellule du laboratoire de microbiologie, avec un rôle clé dans la coordination des activités analytiques et l’encadrement d’équipe.

Votre mission :

En tant que Team Leader, vous pilotez une équipe de 4-6 techniciens et techniciennes et assurez le bon déroulement des activités du laboratoire (analyses, projets, libération), dans le respect des exigences Qualité, Sécurité et Performance.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Organiser et superviser les activités du laboratoire microbiologique ;

  • Encadrer, motiver et développer une équipe de techniciens et techniciennes ;

  • Assurer le respect des GMP / GLP / GDP et des procédures internes ;

  • Garantir la qualité des analyses et le respect des délais de release ;

  • Contribuer aux investigations, analyses de causes et améliorations continues ;

  • Être l’interface avec les équipes projets (R&D, Production, Assurance Stérilité…) ;

  • Participer aux audits internes/externes et assurer la conformité réglementaire ;

  • Suivre la performance du laboratoire et proposer des optimisations.

Ce que vous apporterez :

  • Diplôme scientifique (bachelier ou ingénieur) en microbiologie, biotechnologie, biochimie ou chimie ;

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en environnement laboratoire (microbiologie, environnement contrôlé, sterility assurance) ;

  • Première expérience en coordination ou gestion d’équipe est requise ;

  • Bonne connaissance des environnements GMP / laboratoire pharmaceutique ou dispositifs médicaux, Pharmacopeia (EP/ESP), Project Management ;

  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle pour la documentation réglementaire ;

  • Français courant et Anglais professionnel sont essentiels ;

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, leadership et esprit d’équipe.

  • Horaires fixes de journée.

  • 3 jours de télétravail possible parmois.
