As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. Your Role

As a Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition for the Triveneto area, you will be a trusted partner for healthcare professionals and a key contributor to Baxter’s growth in the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets, based on systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential
  • Promoting Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by clearly communicating clinical benefits and appropriate use.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Medica and cross-functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries.
  • Using CRM and internal business applications to plan activities, prioritize accounts, track opportunities and measure effectiveness of actions

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or equivalent 
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or clinical nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good level of English, with the ability to effectively communicate in an international business environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data. Solid knowledge of Excel (e.g. trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Experience in using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast results and account planning
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Applicants must reside in: Vicenza/Padova/Venezia/Treviso
