Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Validaciones para trabajar en nuestra planta de Sabiñánigo, la puerta de entrada a los impresionantes Pirineos, donde la calidad de vida se une a la belleza natural.

Dicho/a Técnico/a se encargará del seguimiento del plan de validación de los equipos, instalaciones y procesos de la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios, normativos (GMP, ISO, etc.) y de calidad internos.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Realizar el seguimiento del Validation Master Plan y de los planes de validación de los equipos, procesos, etc de la planta, gestionando correctamente las desviaciones, los cambios y CAPAs que puedan surgir relacionados con validaciones.
  • Colaborar con Producción, Ingeniería, QA y otros departamentos para asegurar la correcta planificación y ejecución de validaciones.
  • Gestionar y controlar el estado de los documentos de validación conforme al planning de instalación y puesta en marcha de los diferentes equipos.
  • Llevar a cabo la asignación de códigos, revisión y archivado, asegurando el mantenimiento y actualización de la matriz de validaciones y el plan maestro de validación (VMP).
  • Colaborar con los propietarios de los sistemas y departamentos encargados de la coordinación de los proyectos, asesorándoles en las tareas a realizar para asegurar el mantenimiento del estado de validación de los mismos y dando soporte en la elaboración de los documentos necesarios para las validaciones. 
  • Redactar y revisar todo tipo de documentos y procedimientos aplicables al área de validaciones y ejecutar los test de validación que se le asignen.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables y buenas prácticas de fabricación (GMP´s).
  • Cumplir y asegurar cumplimiento de las Normas Generales de EHS establecidas en la empresa los requisitos legales, requisitos de Baxter y las normativas aplicables.

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Ciclo formativo o Grado en Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Mecánica o equivalente.
  • Conocimiento de validaciones de equipos, instalaciones y procesos en entornos regulados tales como farmacéutico o alimentario.
  • Conocimiento de las regulaciones aplicables: GMPs, ISO9001:2015, integridad de datos y normativa aplicable al área de validaciones de instrumentos de medida, equipos y procesos, en relación con producto farmacéutico y producto sanitario. 
  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés en un contexto profesional.
  • Capacidad para el trabajo en equipo, organización y pensamiento crítico.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Ofimática y preferible manejo de paquetes estadísticos (Ej.: Minitab o similar)
