Sobre el puesto

Buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Laboratorio al equipo de Transferencia y Validación de Métodos Analíticos en nuestra planta de Sabiñánigo, para desempeñar un papel clave en la incorporación robusta y fiable de métodos analíticos al entorno productivo.

Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno altamente técnico y colaborativo, participando activamente en estudios de transferencia y validación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de calidad y GMP, y colaborando con equipos internacionales en un entorno farmacéutico innovador y en constante evolución.

¿Qué harás?

  • Revisar y analizar métodos analíticos y protocolos de transferencia y/o validación desarrollados por el área de I+D, asegurando su viabilidad, robustez y correcta implementación en el entorno productivo.

  • Gestionar el aprovisionamiento y control de reactivos y materiales de laboratorio, garantizando su disponibilidad y adecuación para la ejecución de los estudios de transferencia.

  • Colaborar de forma continua con equipos de I+D en diferentes plantas de Baxter, participando activamente en la preparación, revisión y aprobación final de protocolos e informes, así como dando soporte técnico durante la ejecución de los test.

  • Ejecutar los tests de transferencia de métodos analíticos de acuerdo con los protocolos aprobados, cumpliendo estrictamente con las Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación (GMP) y los procedimientos internos aplicables.

  • Asegurar el correcto uso, verificación y mantenimiento de los equipos de laboratorio, especialmente aquellos empleados en análisis instrumentales, contribuyendo a la fiabilidad y reproducibilidad de los resultados.

  • Participar en la validación de nuevos equipos de laboratorio, aportando conocimiento técnico durante su puesta en marcha y asegurando su adecuación para los ensayos de transferencia analítica.

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Formación universitaria en Química o disciplinas afines, que proporcione una base sólida para el trabajo en laboratorio analítico dentro de un entorno regulado.

  • Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos en análisis químicos e instrumentales, con dominio de técnicas como HPLC, UPLC, GC y LC‑MS,

  • Trayectoria previa en transferencia y validación de métodos analíticos, idealmente en la industria farmacéutica, química o de entornos GMP similares.

  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés en un entorno profesional,

    especialmente en contextos técnicos, para interactuar con equipos internacionales y colaborar con áreas de I+D externas a la planta.

  • Orientación al trabajo en equipo, atención al detalle y un enfoque analítico que permita proponer soluciones de forma estructurada.

  • Actitud proactiva y resiliente, con motivación por afrontar nuevos retos técnicos en un entorno dinámico y exigente.
