VOTRE MISSION :

En tant que Therapy Specialist votre mission sera d'accompagner les forces de ventes CCS et FLC an amont et en aval pour assurer le
développement des ventes dans les activités liées à la réanimation, les soins intensifs, la connectivité associée et autres dispositifs connectables (Lit médicalisé et lit connectable, surfaces thérapeutique connectables, monitoring des signes de vitaux connectables, …) sur le territoire national.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :

  • Garantir le suivi, la fidélisation et le développement des parts de marché auprès des clients existants par
    une valorisation et une utilisation optimale des outils et solutions cliniques

  • Former les équipes de ventes aux aspects cliniques des activités liées à la réanimation, aux soins intensifs et
    la connectivité associée

  • Support clinique et accompagnement des équipes commerciales pour adapter les solutions aux besoins des
    clients

  • Assurer la formation et le conseil des utilisateurs

  • Assurer la gestion du CA existant et le développement commercial en lien avec les équipes de vente

  • Etablir un contact et développer un lien avec les référents dans les services stratégiques des établissements
    de santé.

  • Lien avec Medical Affairs et le Marketing pour le suivi des études cliniques

  • Lien avec l’équipe Service, la R&D et la Qualité pour apporter la plus-value clinique

  • Développer la gamme réanimation-soins intensifs

  • Animer et développer les différents partenariats en relation avec la direction commerciale

  • Développer les solutions package globales

  • Assurer le lien avec les directeurs des ventes

  • Accompagner et coacher l’équipe de vente sur la gestion des projets complexes concernant la gamme
    réanimation-soins intensifs

  • Faire des reportings réguliers auprès de la direction commerciale des actions et des résultats obtenus

  • Veille des études cliniques publiées

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Diplôme d’état infirmier(ère) ou diplôme d'état d'aide-soignant(e)

  • Expérience de 2 ans au métier d’infirmier(ère) ou d’aide-soignant idéalement au bloc opératoire ou en
    réanimation.

  • Une expérience dans un domaine commercial ou en qualité de formateur serait un plus

  • Connaissance de l’environnement hospitalier et du monde de la Santé

  • Bonnes connaissances de l’outil informatique : pack office, Salesforce

  • Grandes capacités d’organisation et de planification

  • Une bonne pratique de l’anglais écrite et orale serait un plus

  • Excellente capacités relationnelles et de communication

  • Aptitude à simplifier et pédagogue
