Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Vos missions

Développer le business sur votre secteur

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients publics et privés

  • Mettre en œuvre des plans d’action commerciaux structurés (objectifs, priorités, moyens)

  • Identifier les acteurs clés et KOL régionaux et assurer une veille concurrentielle active

Piloter des ventes complexes et des projets clients

  • Construire des offres adaptées avec la Direction Commerciale, en cohérence avec la stratégie Baxter

  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente : opportunité, démonstration, négociation, contractualisation

  • Optimiser les ressources internes mobilisées à chaque étape du projet

Garantir la performance et la satisfaction client

  • Piloter le forecast et le pipeline dans Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Développer la vente de contrats de services, y compris sur la base installée

  • Coordonner les interventions clients avec les équipes internes (ITP, Service, Marketing)

  • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client (formation, suivi, qualité)

Profil recherché

  • 3 à 5 ans minimum d’expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux ou d’équipements de capital

  • Une exposition concrète au milieu hospitalier, idéalement au bloc opératoire

  • Une vraie posture de commercial terrain, orienté résultats et relation long terme

  • L’habitude de naviguer dans des cycles de vente longs et exigeants

  • Une forte autonomie et une capacité à organiser efficacement votre territoire
