The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. This role partners with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to identify trends, develop insights, and implement process improvements that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, transportation, procurement, production, and customer demand.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and transportation costs.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with supply chain network optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Perform forecasting and scenario analysis to support business planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems and reporting tools.
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, procurement, or operations analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and inventory planning techniques.
  • APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail, or logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
