The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. This role partners with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to identify trends, develop insights, and implement process improvements that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, transportation, procurement, production, and customer demand.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and transportation costs.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
Assist with supply chain network optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement projects.
Perform forecasting and scenario analysis to support business planning.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems and reporting tools.
Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, procurement, or operations analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and inventory planning techniques.
APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail, or logistics environments.
Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
