Ensure accurate compliance with tax obligations such as:

  • We stay informed of and implement new requirements resulting from tax law changes.

  • We verify updates and payments with SIEM (Mexico), participate in dividend payment processes and provide legal certainty to companies by avoiding penalties due to late or incorrect payments.

  • We optimize the companies’ tax burden within the legal and corporate framework, and ensure timely compliance with corporate tax requirements (deferred taxes, tax kits, boycott regulations, etc.).

  • Provide tax support and advisory to different company areas while serving as legal representative before tax authorities (special power of attorney).

  • Lead projects related to changes in tax obligations and/or operational changes affecting tax compliance, support internal and external audit reviews, approve and take ownership for accounting entries within the handled area.

  • We ensure assigned accounting accounts are reconciled and accurately maintained.
