Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for implementing SW modules/subsystems of cloud-based Web Applications and solutions to contribute towards new product development programs, sustenance activities and field issue resolution efforts.

• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, QA, and other stakeholders, to understand the SW requirements.

• Directly responsible for understanding and implementing architectural patterns and design techniques to translate requirements into modular, scalable software and Web solutions, that meet user needs.

• Collaborate with architect and developers to apply principles of SDLC and methodologies/processes such as IEC 62304, Lean, Agile, CI to deliver and maintain design outputs including code and documentation that meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Directly responsible for debugging and testing of SW modules to ensure defect free operation and provide input in code quality, security reviews to meet industry-wide quality & security standards

• Embrace agility and adapt to changes in the project requirements and priorities and deliver high quality and timely deliverables.

• Attend sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives and software design meetings

• Follow documented procedures for all activities related to the Bardy Dx Quality System.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Education and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience in web development

• Domain Expertise: Healthcare experience is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in creating solutions in PAAS environment on MS AZURE (preferred) / AWS/ Google Cloud environments.

• Programming Languages: C#, Javascript;

• Additional Experience with C++, Python is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Good understanding of database technologies including Azure SQL DB / MS SQL;

• Familiarity with Azure Storage tables and/or Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL is a plus.

Working knowledge on Windows/Linux Server/Backend Components.

• Familiarity with Node.js environment is a plus.

• Enterprise Integration: Design patterns for enterprise integration REST and Microservices; Familiarity with API development using SOAP is a plus.

• Familiarity with Development & Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Front End Technologies: Experience in ReactJS; Familiarity with Graph QL is a plus.

• Containerize web applications using Docker to ensure portability, consistency, and ease of deployment; Kubernetes know-how is a plus.

• Analysis and Design: Object oriented architecture, Design Patterns, UML

• Familiarity with Code Quality tools like Coverity, Fortify, Unit test tools

• Hands on working knowledge in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

• Experience in mobile App development using Kotlin is a plus.

• Strong communication (written and verbal), documentation and presentation skills.

• Strong debugging/problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Excellent communication, inter-personal skills.

• Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices in software development.

• Must have a passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in web development.

• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.

• Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency

• Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented
