As a Regional Marketing Manager , you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for the HST (Healthcare Solutions and Technologies) segment in Western Europe, with a focus on the Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers product lines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive profitable business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement in the region.
Products include: Stretchers, Safe Patient Handling and Surfaces
What you'll be doing
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Lead the portfolio profitability and drive portfolio rationalization where required
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Western European HST market
Product Marketing
- Develop and implement product marketing plans for Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers product lines, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Create and lead product content, including product descriptions, datasheets, and case studies
- Work closely with global and cluster product management to ensure product messaging and positioning are aligned with market requirements
- Act as second line support for local tender submission to ensure HST solutions are positioned in the best possible way
Promotional support
- Develop and distributor support tools and materials to ensure maximum effectiveness for distributor partners
- Work with install base data and the service organization to find opportunities for repair and upgrade for customers wishing to maintain their current fleets
Budgeting and Reporting
- Handle regional marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing performance and value
- Provide regular marketing reports and insights to partners, including sales, product management, and global marketing teams
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal team members, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry partners
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and product marketing
- Consistent track record of success in developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Strong understanding of the Western European HST market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus
