Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery

(Residence location: śląskie, opolskie, świętokrzystkie territory )

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting the client's portfolio for the Advanced Surgery business - F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences

  • Close cooperation with external customers: Hospitals - Management, Administration, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, customer operations, and also wholesalers, consortiums

  • Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing/Customer Operation, Medical Dep, RA, and Technical Service in sales process creation in the actual territory

  • Sales target realization - manage complex sales cycles and develop territory business plans

  • Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate solutions from the competition

  • Competitive environment analysis and Baxter/competitors' sales analysis

Qualifications

  • University degree

  • At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical/ pharmaceutical company

  • Experience in hospital sales and OR is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English

  • Fluent Polish is a must

  • Driving license « B » and driving experience

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish business relationships with customers

  • Customer and goal orientation

  • Good analytical skills to perform customer profiling and segmentation and build actionable account plans

  • Initiative and self-motivation

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN Annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
