What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships at the ward level.

  • Implement Baxter concepts and protocols within customer environments.

  • Identify clinical opportunities that support the commercial strategy.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols (early mobilization, fall prevention, pressure ulcer prevention, deterioration detection, etc.).

  • Provide clinical advice on patient‑specific cases or within contractual guidelines.

  • Deliver product and therapy training according to contract specifications.

  • Communicate frequently with Account Managers to ensure full alignment.

  • Coordinate prevalence studies and equipment audits where applicable.

  • Organize and participate in clinical education seminars.

  • Liaise with Baxter technicians supporting the customer contract.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment preferred.

  • ICU or other specialty experience is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to continuously update clinical knowledge and product application expertise.

  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a team.

  • Excellent organizational and demonstration skills.

  • Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.

  • Proficiency with computer tools and digital systems.
