PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar análises físico-químicas para liberação de produtos importados;

  • Realizar validações e revalidações de metodologias analíticas;

  • Realizar Verificações de Performance, Calibrações e Qualificações em equipamentos;

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas em equipamentos;

  • Realizar recebimento dos produtos importados e envio de amostras para análises externas;

  • Revisar registros analíticos de preparo de soluções e logbooks;

  • Preparar soluções padrões e soluções gerais do laboratório;

  • Realizar conferência de reagentes e soluções, avaliando a data de expiração e estoque mínimo necessário;

  • Controlar periodicamente o estoque de vidrarias e materiais (padrões e reagentes e colunas);

  • Realizar gerenciamento dos prazos de liberação;

  • Apoiar tecnicamente todas as análises do laboratório físico-químico;

  • Operar e revisar os dados brutos em softwares de laboratório, conforme as boas práticas de documentação e integridade de dados, e revisar trilhas de auditoria, quando aplicável.

  • Conduzir e participar de investigações laboratoriais e de fábrica;

  • Conduzir e participar de controles de mudanças;

  • Propor planos de ação e ações corretivas/preventivas;

  • Contribuir com a melhoria contínua da qualidade das atividades do laboratório e cultura de 6S;

  • Contribuir com os indicadores do laboratório através da coleta e reporte de dados e avaliação dos gráficos e tendências;

  • Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema da Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente;

  • Cumprir com os requisitos de Integridade de Dados.


REQUISITOS:

  • Superior completo em Farmácia, Química, ou Engenharia Química

  • Inglês Intermediário (Leitura e Escrita)

  • Pacote Office

  • Experiência em análises de bancada e em equipamentos, como: HPLC, UPLC, Cromatógrafo Gasoso, Absorção Atômica, Titulador automático, Karl Fischer, Dissolutor, Granulômetro, Turbidímetro, Desintegrador, Espectrofotômetro UV-Vis, FTIR, entre outros utilizados para análises físico-químicas de produtos, investigações analíticas, gerenciamento de KPI's, controle de estoques e demais rotinas laboratoriais.


Local de trabalho: São Paulo/Zona Sul - Interlagos

Horário de trabalho: 7h às 16h segunda a sexta-feira - Escala 5x2
