Tu rol en Baxter

Salvar y sostener vidas siendo responsable en la ejecución de Proyectos de mejoramiento y/o de reducción de costos de procesos enfocados a sistemas de información, alineados con los objetivos organizacionales, acorde las regulaciones y políticas aplicables, y el presupuesto asignado.Debe ser dinámico y buscar la mejora continua, innovación y desarrollo tecnológico.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

1. Cumplimiento de los MIP de la Planta ( Value Improvment Projects) a través de su participación activa y ejecución de proyectos a su cargo.

2.  Preparar documentos de validación por computadora y entregables para respaldar la validación de sistemas computarizados

Elaborar los documentos de preparación y validación de rutas en el proyecto siguiendo el Ciclo de Vida de Desarrollo de Software (SDLC): URS, FS, DS, CS, Plan de Validación, Casos de Prueba, Informe de Gestión de Riesgos, Defectos de prueba, Matriz de Seguimiento, Descripción del Sistema e Informe de Validación.

4. Cumplir con todas las etapas del proceso de Control de Cambios y validación de procesos (si aplica). Generando la documentación relacionada con Validaciones y cambios a cargo y el cierre oportuno de control de cambios, actualización de plan Maestro de validaciones y protocolos.

5. Garantizar la disponibilidad de producto relacionado con los proyectos de Manufactura.

6. Asegurar que el flujo de comunicación entre los diferentes procesos involucrados en la validación de cada proyecto sea confiable y oportuno.

7.Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad de los productos y procesos que se encuentren en proceso de validación. Garantizar el Cumplimiento a las Normas ISO9001/2008 /ISO 14001/2004.

Lo que aportarás

1. Profesionalen en Ingeniria Industrial, Sistemas, Electronica, Quimica o afines, graduados y con tarjeta profesional vigente.

2. Experiencia de 1 año en ejecución de proyectos de mejoramiento, control de cambios, protocolos de sistemas de información preferiblemente.

3. Conocimiento en manejo documental (Sistemas de Calidad)
