Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Lo que harás

  • Implementar estrategias de marketing y de producto mientras brindas mentoría técnica y clínica de alta calidad a los clientes.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones científicas con profesionales de la salud, asegurando que los equipos de clientes estén completamente capacitados en nuestra tecnología.
  • Planificar y realizar visitas a clientes según los objetivos mensuales y las estrategias de negocio, manteniendo informes precisos de actividad.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de mercado y clientes, analizando las acciones de la competencia para apoyar decisiones empresariales sólidas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio potenciales en ventas institucionales, procedimientos y adopción tecnológica.
  • Participar en sociedades científicas y eventos clave de la industria para fortalecer las relaciones profesionales y la presencia de la empresa.
  • Mantenerse al día con información científica relevante al portafolio para ofrecer mentoría precisa y de impacto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento total de todas las políticas corporativas y locales en cada actividad promocional y profesional.
  • Cubrir el área de Eje Cafetero, Tuluá, Cartago, Palmira.

Lo que aportarás

  • Título en un campo relacionado con la salud o experiencia equivalente; estudios de posgrado son un plus.
  • Experiencia clínica comprobada en entornos de UCI y quirúrgicos.
  • De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en ventas, idealmente en el sector de salud o de dispositivos médicos.
  • Dominio intermedio de herramientas de Office y de inglés científico básico.
  • Gran capacidad para influir en especialistas clínicos y generar confianza.
  • Orientación a resultados, con fuertes habilidades de pensamiento crítico y priorización.
  • Capacidad para identificar las necesidades del cliente, crear soluciones personalizadas y transmitir información de manera convincente.
  • Actitud orientada al trabajo en equipo y habilidades de colaboración.
  • Ubicación: Cali o Pereira.
