In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für das Finanzmanagement eines internationalen Produktionsstandorts und wachsen gleichzeitig in eine strategische Controller-Rolle hinein.

Als Plant Controller (mit Entwicklungsperspektive) unterstützen Sie die finanzielle Steuerung unseres Werks und tragen mit Ihren Analysen und Empfehlungen direkt zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der GuV (Profit & Loss) des Standorts

  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen

  • Durchführung und Pflege der Standardkostenrechnung, Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams zur Bewertung von Investitionsprojekten (CapEx) und neuen Geschäftsinitiativen

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GAAP, SOX sowie interner Richtlinien und Prozesse

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresbudgets und bei der Umsetzung von Leistungsfeedbacks und Korrekturmaßnahmen

  • Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und anderen Fachbereichen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der finanziellen Steuerung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • 3–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise im Controlling oder in einer ähnlichen Position

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Standardkostenrechnung, Budgetplanung und Abweichungsanalyse

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil

  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld ist wünschenswert
