Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Project Manager, Procurement (w/m/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Beschaffung & Verhandlung: Eigenständige Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Preisverhandlungen und Abschluss von Verträgen (national/international).
Projektintegration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams (Entwicklung, Projektleitung) von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife.
Lieferantenmanagement: Identifikation, Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten.
Termin- & Kostenkontrolle: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgetplänen (Total Cost of Ownership - TCO) und Lieferterminen.
Marktanalyse: Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten zur Identifikation neuer Beschaffungsquellen.
Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und Strategien für zugewiesene Warengruppen
Sprache: Deutsch, fließend Englisch
Projektleiter: Umsetzung und Entwicklung von Einsparprojekten in der Serie, Steuerung und Leitung von Neuprojekten für den Einkaufsteil
Standort: mind. 3x Saalfeld/Woche
Reporting: Erstellung von Statusreports, Festlegung und Überprüfung von Milensteinen
International: Fähigkeiten sich in einem internationalen Umfeld, extern und intern, zu bewegen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen – alternativ eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise im Projekt‑ oder Technologieeinkauf
Fundierte Kenntnisse in metallverarbeitenden Technologien, wie z. B. Schmieden, Guss, Schweißen, Drehen oder Fräsen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit mechanischen Baugruppen aus Metall, Kunststoff, Gummi sowie elektromechanischen Komponenten
Hohe Eigenmotivation, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sehr gute Planungs‑ und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine zielgerichtete, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähig, selbstständig und sicher im Umgang mit komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
