We are proud to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Representative in our Advanced Surgery division, located in the beautiful region of Puglia (Bari).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Sales Representative for Advanced Surgery, your role will be to:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Puglia region

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital administrators

  • Provide outstanding product knowledge and support to healthcare professionals

  • Successfully implement sales plans and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer happiness and retention

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

  • Provide support in the operating theatre to surgeons and clinical equipe

WHAT YOULL'BRING:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry

  • Solid knowledge of the surgical environment and the capability to convey technical information clearly

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • Degree in Informazione Scientifica del Farmaco or similar

  • The capability to travel within the Puglia region when needed

  • A valid driver's license
