Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

O que você vai fazer

  • Identificar oportunidades de negócios e abordar potenciais clientes dentro da área geográfica designada, apresentando a empresa, seus produtos e serviços.

  • Expandir contas já existentes, visando atingir metas individuais ou coletivas dentro de um território definido.

  • Analisar oportunidades de negócios e propostas para apoiar a tomada de decisão pela unidade de negócios.

  • Construir relacionamentos com áreas internas de suporte para garantir a implementação bem-sucedida dos objetivos organizacionais.

  • Coordenar apresentações de uso de produtos ou terapias, atividades educacionais e apresentações clínicas.

  • Participar de licitações públicas em parceria com órgãos governamentais do setor.

O que buscamos em você

  • Experiência prévia em funções com interface clínica e comercial, no setor de saúde.

  • Forte capacidade analítica e habilidade para conduzir análises de lucratividade.

  • Comprovada experiência na gestão de processos contratuais do início ao fim.

  • Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais.

  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes pela área designada, no Rio de Janeiro.

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas, ou experiência equivalente (preferencial).

  • Mandatório CNH ativa e válida
