Step into a role where your ideas drive impact! Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Manager / Senior Product Manager to spearhead innovative strategies and accelerate growth across our Patient Support Solutions (PSS) and Global Surgical Solutions (GSS) portfolios.

Reporting directly to the Head of PSS/GSS, you’ll take ownership of marketing and sales campaigns, portfolio and budget management, and new product innovation. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure market insights translate into actionable strategies that fuel business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with vision: Develop and execute strategic annual plans informed by market insights and research.

  • Drive results: Launch impactful campaigns that hit revenue and profit targets.

  • Innovate boldly: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products to market and influence global innovation strategies.

  • Own the numbers: Partner with commercial leaders on P&L optimization and financial performance.

  • Tender activity: Show flexibility and strong project management skills to complete multiple commercial projects and tender submissions.

  • Evidence-based messaging: Apply clinical and health economic evidence to bring value propositions and sales messages.

  • Pricing strategy: Review pricing strategies and agreements with the Pricing Team

  • Be the voice of the market: Spend time in the field with customers and sales teams to strengthen market presence.

  • Mentor and inspire: Mentor and empower a high-performing commercial team.

  • Shape the future: Align with global teams to define product roadmaps and innovation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Science, or related fields
  • 5–10 years of Product Management experience in medical devices or capital equipment
  • Experience managing a marketing budget end-to-end
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional execution of strategic marketing campaigns
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to network, persuade, and present effectively
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, positive, and adaptable
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capability to engage and work effectively with a diverse range of collaborators
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
