Unser Werk in Bielefeld ist ein entscheidender Teil unseres Betriebs, der sich auf die Herstellung hochwirksamer, unsteriler onkologischer Wirkstoffe spezialisiert hat. Mit einer Tradition, die bis in die 1920er Jahre zurückreicht, hat sich Baxter in Bielefeld als weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Herstellung von zytotoxischen Arzneimitteln positioniert. Mit rund 50 engagierten Mitarbeitern spielt der Standort Bielefeld eine zentrale Rolle bei der Herstellung lebensrettender Onkologie-Medikamente.

Wir suchen Sie, als Specialist Automation & PLC Programming (w/m/d) für unsere pharmazeutische Produktionsstätte in Bielefeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Betreuung und Optimierung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen und der lokalen IT-Landschaft inklusive der jeweils dazugehörigen Software verantwortlich. Des Weiteren gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der Automationstechnik (SIMATIC Step 7, WinCC, Desigo) 

  • Programmierung und Parametrierung von SPS-Steuerungen 

  • 1st Level IT Support und Anschaffung neuer IT Peripherie

  • Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen IT-Umfeld und Unterstützung der Einhaltung von IT Security Vorgaben

  • Steuerung aller Kalibriertätigkeiten am Standort Bielefeld zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Durchführung der Arbeiten

  • Betreuung von externen Handwerkern

  • Praktisches und theoretisches Training von Mitarbeitern am Standort Bielefeld zu Themen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Umweltschutzes sowie zur GMP-Richtlinie im Bereich Elektrotechnik

Ihr Profil:

  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) für Elektrotechnik, Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration), alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in einem der Bereiche, oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der SPS-Programmierung und Automatisierungstechnik sowie in der Entstörung von Maschinen und Prozessleitsystemen wünschenswert

  • Eigenständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

  • Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Client, Server Betriebssystemen und MS ActiveDirectory

  • Grundkenntnisse in VMware Virtualisierung wären von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
