Le technicien Contrôle Qualité H/F réalise les activités de laboratoire pour assurer le contrôle des produits finis dans les temps impartis afin d'assurer la conformité des produits.

RESPONSABILITES ET MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

o Réception physique : réception, entrée primaire en stock informatique, entrée en stock physique,

contrôle de conformité de livraison, comptage des inventaires…

o Préparation des chariots de production : sortie de stock physique, étiquetage de matières premières,

contrôles des lots, désinfection

o Expédition physique : gestion de la chambre froide, dispatch des produits, mise en caisse.

- Tests de laboratoire :

o Dosages analytiques de spectrométrie

o Analyses microbiologiques (réception, contrôle et lecture)

o Gestion des anomalies et investigations (OOS, OOL…)

o Contrôle et libération des matières premières

o Gestion de l'échantillothèque (matières premières, produits finis…)

o Surveillance et contrôle des paramètres des locaux

o Gestion des activités de maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de laboratoire.

- Gestion de laboratoire

o Validation et qualification des équipements de laboratoire

o Définition des procédures de laboratoire

o Méthodes de laboratoire

o Gestion et inventaire des consommables de laboratoire

o Cartographie des températures des locaux et équipements

o Référence sur la formation des opérateurs contrôle qualité et accompagnement des stagiaires

o Suivi des indicateurs du laboratoire

Tout autre activité ou tâche nécessaire du fait d’une situation temporaire, du bon déroulement des activités ou d’évolutions d’organisation.

COMPETENCES ET QUALITES REQUISES :

- Compétences et aptitudes Baxter :

o Le collaborateur œuvre avec Rapidité, Simplicité, Collaboration et Courage.

- Compétences techniques :

o Bases solides de Mathématiques (algèbre)

o Bases solides de Spectrologie et Bacteriologie.

- Compétences comportementales :

o Rigueur et Organisation

o Analyse de données

o Communication écrite et synthétique

o Travail en équipe et Leadership.

- Profil :

o Expérience : Expérience réussie en laboratoire d'analyse, en poste d'opérateur contrôle qualité

o Diplômes/ Certifications : Niveau BTS ou DUT en chimie

- Contraintes spécifiques (demandes physiques, conditions de travail, EHS) :

o Port de charges (jusqu'à 25kg à deux) et manipulations multiples

o Travail partiellement en zone réfrigérée

o Position debout prolongée

o Horaires flexibles selon besoin d'activité et travail certains jours fériés
