We are currently searching for a Technical Service Sales Representative based in Madrid responsible for handling Technical Service offers with our partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Negotiate technical service contract terms and offers with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Operations and BID Office to develop and finalize offers, providing detailed mentorship on service descriptions and execution methods.
  • Oversee the formal drafting of contract proposals, leading the execution and coordinating the strategy for the specific deal.
  • Check and finalize opportunities for contract renewals and out of warranty.
  • Collaborate with all company functions and Business Units to develop possible commercial opportunities for Technical Service.
  • Track of opportunities and negotiations taking place in the appropriate systems.
  • Build a solid partnership with the commercial departments to ensure that offers and solutions align with the Company commercial strategies, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales budget construction and updates the forecast on a defined period, collaborating closely with the Customer Operations team.
  • Collaborate with the Southern Europe (SE) Tecnical Service commercial group to craft innovative contract proposals and fresh sales strategies tailored to the SE Cluster.

What you will bring:

  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience (preferably in biomedical, electronics, IT or management engineering).
  • Proven experience of service sales and handling service contracts, preferable in the biomedical field.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting desirable.
  • Customer service oriented, team player and adaptable.
  • Good communicator, both in Spanish and English. Fluent in Portuguese will be advantageous.
  • Available to travel at least the 50% of the time.
