We have an excellent job opportunity for Field Service Engineers based in Valladolid or close areas, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our electro-mechanical medical devices.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain, fix and complete Field Corrective Actions effectively on our devices in line with specified service requirements and customer contractual agreements.

  • Manage and help resolve device integration and network connectivity problems with connected devices.

  • Report all relevant service activities in our service systems and datasheets to maintain accurate service data.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable service and quality requirements to deliver outstanding results.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with customers, team members, and business contacts.

  • Deliver appropriate user training and demos to customers to ensure they can operate our devices successfully.

What you will bring:

  • A technical degree, diploma, or certificate in electro-mechanics or a similar field.

  • Experience as a service engineer on electro-mechanical devices along with a strong understanding of electronics, electro-mechanics.

  • Good IT and computer setting skills.

  • Strong solving skills.

  • Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling.

  • Quality- driven and customer-focused.

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Fluent in local language as well as capacity to communicate in English.

  • Availability to travel within the Balearic Islands and the peninsula.
