Votre mission principale

En tant que Technicien de Maintenance Centrale, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion quotidienne des équipements techniques du site. Vous interviendrez sur des installations variées telles que la distribution électrique, les systèmes de climatisation, les chambres froides, les utilités (eaux, air comprimé, gaz), ainsi que l’entretien général des bâtiments. Votre objectif : garantir la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité de nos infrastructures.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements techniques.

  • Réagir rapidement aux pannes pour limiter l’impact sur la production.

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue et au développement de nouveaux systèmes.

  • Suivre les interventions des sous-traitants et veiller au respect des procédures.

  • Contribuer à la bonne organisation des shut-downs.

  • Documenter rigoureusement toutes les interventions (traçabilité GDP).

  • Respecter les normes de sécurité, d’environnement et les exigences GMP.

  • Être disponible pour assurer un rôle de garde (après formation, dès la 2e année).

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme de Technicien A2 en électromécanique ou équivalent.

  • Une première expérience (2 à 3 ans) est un atout.

  • Des connaissances en techniques frigorifiques sont un plus.

  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’initiative.

  • Flexibilité horaire et disponibilité pendant les shut-downs.

  • À l’aise avec l’outil informatique ; connaissance passive de l’anglais appréciée.

  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement réglementé (GMP).
