Poste : Technicien·ne de Maintenance Centrale

Votre mission :

En tant que Technicien·ne de Maintenance Centrale, vous êtes un acteur clé du bon fonctionnement des installations techniques d’un site pharmaceutique de pointe. Vous garantissez la fiabilité, la performance et la sécurité des équipements essentiels au fonctionnement du site.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations techniques.

  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne afin de limiter l’impact sur la production.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et au développement de nouveaux systèmes.

  • Superviser les interventions des sous-traitants et veiller au respect des procédures.

  • Participer à l’organisation et à l’exécution des shut-downs.

  • Assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse des interventions (GDP).

  • Appliquer strictement les exigences sécurité, environnement et GMP.

  • Assurer un rôle de garde (après formation, à partir de la 2ᵉ année).

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme de Technicien A2 en électromécanique ou équivalent.

  • Une première expérience (2–3 ans) en maintenance industrielle est un atout.

  • Des connaissances en techniques frigorifiques constituent un plus.

  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’initiative.

  • Flexibilité horaire et disponibilité lors des shut-downs.

  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques ; compréhension passive de l’anglais appréciée.

  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement réglementé (GMP).
