Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Lessines Site

Make a meaningful impact in a global healthcare company. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Operational Quality, Complaints, and Product Release activities at our Lessines manufacturing site. This is a key leadership role that ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance—supporting both our patients and our teams.

Your Mission

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across Operational Quality, Complaints, and Release.
  • Ensure robust quality oversight of manufacturing processes and product conformity to internal procedures and external regulations.
  • Act as a key partner to cross-functional teams, including Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Quality.
  • Drive timely and effective resolution of deviations, complaints, NCRs, CAPAs, and ICARs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the site.
  • Represent QA during internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead initiatives to meet departmental targets.
  • Support the site’s 6S program and foster a culture of quality on the shop floor.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Master’s or PharmD preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with increasing responsibility in QA.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with a passion for team development.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Recognition as a Qualified Person (QP) under EU directives is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical and inquisitive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
