Head of Warehouse - Lessines

Your Impact

As Head of Warehouse, you will be the driving force behind our fulfillment strategy, ensuring optimized service delivery at the best cost for internal and external customers. Your leadership will influence safety, quality, and performance across the entire BDCE organization.

What You Will Do :

Lead and inspire the BDCE management team to achieve operational excellence.
Drive safety, quality, and financial performance within a cross-functional leadership team.
Ensure the right operational structure, culture, and performance to meet customer expectations.
Monitor occupancy levels and manage warehouse usage, including external storage coordination.
Deploy Baxter Operating System (BOS) and optimize processes.
Engage with key stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally.
Implement and optimize EDC software systems (e.g., Witron Systems).
Manage budgets, union relations, and foster a collaborative team spirit.
Define annual and long-term goals, drive engagement through the Best Place to Work program, and build a feedback culture.
Ensure compliance with cGDP, cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EHS standards.

What You Will Bring :

University degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Logistics and Supply Chain.
15+ years in Operational Warehouse and Distribution Management, with proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices.
Expertise in EHS programs and managing unionized environments.
Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to drive cultural change.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Digital proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS) and fluency in French and English.
