Mission

Lead industrial automation projects including robotics and advanced vision control, from requirement definition to full operational deployment. Drive innovation to boost performance, support new products, and meet evolving technological and regulatory expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Manage automation projects end‑to‑end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, and documentation.
  • Prepare project documentation (URS, FS, DS, etc.).
  • Lead procurement and installation of automation equipment, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Train impacted teams and maintain clear, effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare CAPEX files and monitor budget execution.
  • Guarantee full compliance with regulatory, EHS, and cGMP standards.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external suppliers.

What You Will Bring

  • Master’s degree in Automation, Electromechanics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial IT, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in automation project engineering within industrial environments (pharma, food, life sciences, chemical…).
  • A plus: experience with AI‑based vision control, packaging/material handling systems, PLC/SCADA upgrades.
  • Strong project management competencies (certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Project and similar tools.
  • Fluent English; intermediate French.
