VOTRE ROLE :

En tant que Responsable Qualité Site, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conformité des activités de production aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et aux exigences réglementaires.

Délégué par le Pharmacien Responsable, vous garantirez la qualité des produits et la sécurité des patients, tout en veillant au respect des politiques qualité et des règles EHS. Votre mission : être le garant de l’excellence et de la fiabilité sur l’ensemble du site.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :

Assurer la conformité réglementaire : BPF et Code de la Santé. Réalisation des audits internes, préparation aux inspections, suivi des actions correctives, participation aux audits fournisseurs.

Piloter le contrôle qualité des produits :

  • Garantir la faisabilité des formules de préparations de nutrition parentérale (doses prescrites, stabilité physicochimique) et déterminer la péremption en vue de la fabrication, en contact avec les donneurs d'ordre - Pharmaciens Hospitaliers.

  • Vérifier la conformité des cycles de stérilisation des équipements de production

  • Garantir la conformité de l'échantillonnage et de la libération des matières premières et consommables concernés

  • Veiller à la bonne réalisation et la conformité de la surveillance environnementale o Assure la libération des produits finis selon les procédures internes.

Manager l’assurance qualité :

  • Garantir la conformité de la documentation et participe au cycle d'approbation des procédures

  • Maîtriser les changements (application stricte des procédures de change control)

  • Veiller à la bonne réalisation du plan de validation de l'unité de production, en lien avec le Technicien de Validation o Gestion des anomalies et réclamations (enregistrement, gestion des investigations, identification des actions correctives et préventives, clôture de l'incident)

  • Réaliser les déclarations de pharmacovigilance, en cas de besoin

  • Procèder, en lien avec le Pharmacien Responsable, au rappel de lot, en cas de besoin

  • Réaliser le suivi et les analyses d'indicateurs Qualité du site

Encadrer et développer votre équipe :

  • Piloter l'équipe Qualité avec exigence

  • Développer son équipe directe, particulièrement dans ses compétences d'assurance qualité

  • Définir des objectifs clairs pour son équipe et en accord avec la politique de l'entreprise

  • Evaluer les compétences de son équipe et réalise les entretiens de performance

  • Communiquer et porte les décisions de l'entreprise, en favorisant la mobilisation autour de l'objectif

  • Faire respecter les procédures RH et EHS

Conduire l’amélioration continue :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre, en collaboration avec le Responsable d'Unité, un plan d'amélioration continue pour l'unité

  • Réaliser le suivi et les analyses d'indicateurs Qualité du site

  • Participer et contribuer au reporting de production (Tier 3, Tier 4) pour rendre compte de l'activité, proposer et anime les éventuelles actions correctives nécessaires

  • Participer à des projets transverses d'amélioration et d'organisation

  • Gèrer et accompagne les projets Qualité du site et participer aux projets du site.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Vous êtes Pharmacien(ne) inscrit à la Section B de l’Ordre.

  • Vous avez une éxpérience en management d’équipe Qualité dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique.

  • Compétences clés : maîtrise des BPF, asepsie, tests de laboratoire, rigueur, leadership, gestion de la complexité.

  • Vous maitrisez le français et l'anglais.

  • Vous êtes connu(e) pour votre qualités organisationnelles, dynamisme, anticipation, exigence.

  • Contraintes du poste : flexibilité horaire, astreintes possibles.
