What You’ll Do

Spot and connect with talent through imaginative outreach, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Help craft job stories and campaigns that highlight our culture and opportunities in a way that stands out.
Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience.
Dive into talent acquisition technology — ATS platforms, sourcing tools powered by advanced algorithms, video interview systems, branding tools, and analytics dashboards.
Contribute ideas to employer branding projects, from social media content to campus activations.
Research talent trends and competitors’ moves to keep our strategies sharp.
Support projects passionate about diversity, inclusion, and long-term talent planning.
Perform other duties as required (because every great internship comes with a few surprise adventures).

What We’re Looking For

A student or recent graduate curious about people, business, and how careers are built.
Solid communicator who enjoys connecting with others and building rapport.
Organized and diligent, but flexible enough to roll with changes.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; bonus points if you’ve explored Excel, ATS, or HR technology platforms.
Someone eager to learn, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
