We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management team with the Digital Services EMEA.

You will be responsible for the timely and accurate Implementation of a portfolio of Baxter’s Digital Products, primarily the Italian region, but also Globally.

In this role you will have responsibility for all project management tasks and will serve as primary liaison.

You will be working closely with the wider Digital Services and Technical Services EMEA teams to ensure your projects progress on-time and within budget by engaging the right resource at the right time to provide Services such as installation, configuration, integration training and testing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provide hands-on project management services to deliver digital projects within the healthcare environment.

• Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and associated artifacts (e.g RISK logs) to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage day-to-day project management activities such as planning, scoping, scheduling, issue & risk tracking, and vendor management.

• Communicate regularly with all stakeholder groups about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.

• Preparing presentations and status reports for delivery to Baxter operational, commercial, and financial stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the wider teams to prioritise projects and ensure resource is allocated fairly based on prioritisation.

• Engage internal stakeholder groups such as Sales, Finance and R&D to ensure the timely resolution of issues.

• Ensure that most projects are completed within budget and within agrees timescales and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and agreement when there is the potential of targets changing.

• Proactively highlight project risks when they occur and work with all project stakeholders to overcome, minimise or mitigate them.

• Follow existing project management standards and processes

• Work closely with the Digital Services Delivery Manager to refine and expand project management processes as required

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Excellent personnel and project management skills

• Demonstratable experience of stakeholder management ideally within a healthcare environment.

• Able to Multi-task across a portfolio of projects and tasks.

• Able to work under tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be an effective problem solver

• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision

• Process orientated with a desire to get things right first time

• Experience of working on IT / Digital / Software projects.

• Experience of working in a Healthcare setting would be beneficial.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Business Studies, computing, IT/information systems or a healthcare related science, or equivalent industry experience.

• At least 5 years’ experience in the project management of complex software implementation and deployment projects
