En Baxter estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Laboratorio para nuestra planta de Sabiñánigo, la puerta de entrada a los impresionantes Pirineos, donde la calidad de vida se une a la belleza natural.

Su principal responsabilidad será dar soporte al responsable del laboratorio de desarrollo de moléculas y coordinar las tareas del departamento, aplicando su perfil técnico a la transferencia y validación de métodos y procedimientos analíticos.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?

  • Organizar y supervisar el trabajo de los analistas del equipo, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de las GMP y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Revisar protocolos y resultados de validaciones de métodos analíticos y coordinar las validaciones de equipos de laboratorio.
  • Llevar a cabo el seguimiento del proyecto con un equipo multidisciplinar e internacional, participando en reuniones de manera regular.
  • Vigilar, controlar y planificar stocks de reactivos, equipos, material de laboratorio y repuestos, participando en la compra de los mismos.
  • Garantizar el uso, comprobación y mantenimiento de equipos de laboratorio necesarios para la realización de análisis instrumentales.
  • Llevar a cabo el registro de análisis siguiendo las normas de buenas prácticas.
  • Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora y coordinación de tareas con laboratorio químico, incluyendo la redacción y/o modificación de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo según indicaciones del responsable de laboratorio.
  • Colaborar en el aseguramiento del cumplimiento del plan de formación inicial y continuo de los analistas, así como proporcionar orientación y soporte ante dudas y problemas del equipo.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de EHS de la planta para implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las Normas Generales de EHS establecidas en la empresa y específicas para el laboratorio, requisitos legales, requisitos de Baxter y normativas (ISO y OHSAS)

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Licenciatura/ Grado en Química o similar.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés de manera fluida.
  • Experiencia en validaciones de métodos analíticos y transferencia de métodos analíticos, preferiblemente en sector farmacéutico.
  • Experiencia en cromatografía de líquidos y detección masas. Se valorarán conocimientos prácticos en técnicas instrumentales como: Polarimetría, Espectrofotometría de absorción molecular, espectrofotometría de emisión atómica, IR….
  • Conocimientos en análisis químicos e instrumentales.
  • Conocimiento al nivel de usuario de MS Office.
  • Habilidades de gestión de equipos, organización y capacidad analítica.
