Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Laboratorio para nuestra planta de Baxter en Sabiñánigo, la puerta de entrada a los impresionantes Pirineos, donde la calidad de vida se une a la belleza natural.

Su principal responsabilidad será liderar proyectos de transferencia y validación de métodos analíticos de nuevos productos y materias primas.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?

  • Llevar a cabo las tareas y análisis oportunos para la transferencia y validación de métodos analíticos de nuevos productos y materias primas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y proceso establecidos en el laboratorio.
  • Preparar informes, tendencias y presentaciones de resultados e indicadores de la sección.
  • Realizar protocolos e informes de validación de métodos analíticos y de cualificación y recualificación de equipos, así como llevar a cabo el seguimiento del Validation Master Plan.
  • Vigilar, controlar y planificar stocks de reactivos, material de laboratorio y repuestos. Realizar pedidos de estos productos y revisar el correcto archivo de CoAs de reactivos y estándares.
  • Podrá colaborar en la formación inicial y continua de los analistas asignados al proyecto.
  • Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora, incluyendo la redacción y/ o modificación de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo, y colaborar en la realización de Análisis de Riesgos con el Líder del laboratorio.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de controles de cambios, cierre de acciones de no conformidades, desviaciones de proceso, fuera de límites y test invalidados.
  • Podrá participar en la revisión de resultados de análisis químicos e instrumentales de producto en proceso, terminado, incidencias en fabricación, OTCs y materias primas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas EHS, GLPs, integridad de datos, requisitos legales, requisitos de Baxter, normativas (ISO y OHSAS), plan de estabilidad Cap VI GMPs anual.
  • Colaborar en la evaluación del impacto en la planta de cambios normativos (ej GQPs , farmacopeas ...)

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Formación universitaria superior en Química y experiencia sólida en Laboratorio Químico, siendo muy valorable en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Conocimientos de ensayos químicos, fisicoquímicos e instrumentales, así como de gestión de validaciones y transferencia de métodos analíticos.
  • Conocimientos de la normativa GMP & GLP.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés y español en un entorno profesional.
  • Trabajo en equipo, capacidad analítica y habilidades de organización.
