VOTRE ROLE :

En tant que Key Account Manager Medication Delivery vous serez en charge de développer la croissance d’un portefeuille produits (hors action de promotion de médicaments), prospecter et gérer la relation client sur le secteur Sud-Est.

Vous aurez également la responsabilité de développer de la relation commerciale et les ventes des différents business confiés avec les pharmaciens des hôpitaux, les acheteurs des centrales ou structures des achats dans le domaine de la santé.

VOS PRINCIPPALES MISSIONS :

  • Mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale dans le respect de la réglementation, de l’éthique et de la GIP Baxter. Recueil et transmission des informations de pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance et réclamations qualité.

  • Gérer les référencements avec les acheteurs de santé en synergie avec les autres BUs et les SEAMs.

  • Suivi des appels d'offres (remontée des propositions, des prix, des informations sur la concurrence, des dates de marché...).

  • Développer les plans d’action régionaux et proposer des objectifs de ventes.

  • Atteindre annuellement les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs opérationnels de vente.

  • Piloter le business (performance & activité) avec une connaissance des chiffres et des outils

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Marketing pour apporter des nouvelles solutions.

  • Rédaction et suivi de rapports d'activité dans l’outil dédié.

  • Veille concurrentielle et remontée des informations vers sa hiérarchie.

  • Recueil, analyse et transmission des demandes et des informations recueillies aux services concernés.

  • Négocier (prix/volume, conditions de vente, délai de livraison…) ou co-négocier et finaliser les marchés, contrats ou accords en collaboration avec les BUs concernées et le département Excellence Commerciale.

  • Gestion transversale des AO des différents business en responsabilité : Aide à la lecture du dossier, à la stratégie de réponse et à la compilation du dossier de réponse final. Rédaction et partage du retex trans-BUs. Responsabilité du pilotage des Gate 0 et Gate 2.

  • Interlocuteur Baxter clé des pharmaciens acheteurs de son secteur.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Connaissance de l’environnement de santé français.

  • Capacité à communiquer avec différents types d’interlocuteurs.

  • Connaissance des techniques de négociation, commercialisation et vente ainsi que de l’approche grands comptes ou des milieux hospitaliers.

  • Connaissance des aspects réglementaires et scientifiques

  • Connaissances de la chaine logistique et de ses enjeux.

  • Maitrise des outils d’analyse à disposition, du Pack office.

  • Capacité à piloter son activité à partir d’analyses chiffrées.

  • Capacité à développer, transmettre et exécuter des Plans d’Actions Régionaux.

  • Adaptable, autonome.

  • Leadership.

  • Sens de la relation externe et interne.

  • Comportement déontologique et éthique.
