As a Supervisor in Maintenance, you will have an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate in a world-class manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing

Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize interference with routine operations.
Provide technical mentorship for maintenance and reliability data evaluation.
Supervise and determine workloads for Maintenance Technicians.
Ensure staff is trained and following standard operating procedures.
Prepare detailed Standard Operation Procedures and provide technical advice.
Align with all compliance guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.
Complete equipment change requests and validate equipment modifications.
Drive continuous improvement processes using Lean/Sigma methodologies.
Manage materials and supplies, incorporating spare parts as needed.
Ensure equipment and facilities remain functional and well-maintained.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BSSE BSME) and 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and oral communication skills.
