Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Spearhead qualifying and validating new equipment and processes timely. Join Baxter Healthcare in Dublin as a Validation Specialist, playing a crucial role in maintaining top-tier operational standards!

Execution of Validation activities

We adhere strictly to regulatory, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and any other rules defined by the Company. Ensuring the site Validation Master Plan (sVMP) is maintained and activities listed within are actioned in a timely manner is crucial. Additionally, we manage Deviation and Non-Conformance, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CA/PA).

Change Control Management

Discovering opportunities and presenting justified solutions for encouraged improvements is vital. You'll assist CPI and CQI programs by training teams. Building indicators and targets for teams and management is part of your duties. Engaging in Baxter projects, audits, and keeping validation documents in an "audit-ready" state is encouraged.

Qualifications

You should possess a Basic Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy qualification, and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the position.

Project Management experience

Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical aseptic production is required.

Experience in 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing

You should exhibit skills in problem-solving, system development, application of technological and business tools, and the use of IT systems.

Logical, practical-minded with a hands-on approach

Candidates must demonstrate creativity, analytical skills, and innovation in their approach!.

Self-motivated and able to motivate others

You should show good judgement to achieve a balance between cost-benefit, quality, and safety.

Able to communicate effectively, written and oral

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing resources and time efficiently, coupled with clear and effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
