Your role at Baxter

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will build, develop and implement reporting and analytical solutions to support process, management and executive decision making. The Analyst works closely with the Care and Connectivity Solutions (CCS) team to drive solution development supporting internal/external business analytics clients. Partner with Baxter leadership to understand core business process and develop pathways with leadership and subject matter authorities to accelerate business performance. This position requires a motivated individual who can assess requirements and provide ideas to build strategic solutions for people. Apply business operations and analysis skills to improve internal processes, forecast needs, craft reporting tools, and evaluate programs.

What you'll be doing

  • Support sales forecasting efforts and the generation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the CCS business.
  • Provides support to assist in achieving annual sales targets through analytics and digital tools.
  • Assist in training internal sales and marketing teams on the PowerBI dashboards and for creating region and IDN specific reports.
  • Develop automated systems which enable internal/external teams to capture, retain/organize, and report information more efficiently.
  • Assist in the identification of core business processes and recognize and recommend changes to enhance business process flow.
  • Assist with the development of monthly operating reports.

What you'll bring

  • Solid understanding of PowerBI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams and a mastery level knowledge of Excel required.
  • Fluency in sales analytics and sales enablement programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data flow and capacity to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Effective planning and program management skills.
  • Understanding of GPO, IDN and the healthcare Med-tech business preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of topics with internal team members at all levels
  • Proven success working independently with sound decision making skills
  • Strong collaboration, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to quickly shifting priorities, with the ability to handle opposing priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of motivation, and drive to work with a sense of urgency
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, analytics, math, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analytics, operations, SQL, financial analysis or pricing analytics.
  • 5+ years’ experience within an IT or Medical Device organization preferred.
  • PowerBI Certifications are preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce reporting and SQL preferred

This position will be located in either Deerfield, IL or Batesville, IN

The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
