Tu rol:

Serás responsable de apoyar la ejecución de actividades comerciales, promocionales y operativas en hospitales y centros de salud, impulsando la visibilidad, adopción y rotación de los productos de Advanced Surgery. Brindarás soporte logístico y acompañamiento básico en procedimientos quirúrgicos, siguiendo lineamientos técnicos y regulatorios.


Qué harás:

  • Acompañar procedimientos quirúrgicos (80-90% del tiempo), asegurando la correcta preparación y disponibilidad de productos.
  • Capacitar al personal de enfermería sobre el uso de los productos y brindar asesoramiento básico al cirujano.
  • Monitorear inventarios y almacenamiento adecuado en hospitales, levantando alertas sobre faltantes o incidencias.
  • Apoyar al equipo comercial en actividades promocionales, posicionamiento de marca y ejecución de eventos, talleres y demostraciones.
  • Recopilar información del mercado, competencia y percepción del cliente.
  • Cumplir con lineamientos internos, regulatorios y políticas de ética y compliance.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el equipo de ventas sobre oportunidades y necesidades en clientes.
  • Dar seguimiento a pedidos y necesidades operativas en hospitales.

Lo que aportarás:

  • Formación académica en Ingeniería Biomédica, Enfermería o carrera afín (licenciatura obligatoria).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses en entorno médico, preferentemente con experiencia en quirófano.
  • Deseable: Conocimiento en materiales quirúrgicos.
  • Habilidades: Proactividad y capacidad de aprendizaje autónomo; Empatía, resiliencia y tolerancia a la frustración.
  • Manejo básico de Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes (eventualmente) y para trabajar en horarios extendidos o fines de semana en casos especificos.
