Tu rol en Baxter

Establecer y fortalecer el relacionamiento estratégico con el área comercial y los socios comerciales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos establecidos por los gerentes regionales, así como la alineación con las políticas y procedimientos corporativos en coordinación con las áreas de Ética & Cumplimiento y Legal. Además, garantizar la vigencia y adecuación de los contratos comerciales, apoyar la organización de reuniones clave y entrenamientos, implementar iniciativas comerciales, y realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los distribuidores en relación con el reporte de eventos adversos y fallas asociadas.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Generar bases de datos que permitan concentrar la información del canal indirecto para todo el clúster

  • Mantener el “DI Master Data” actualizado con los principales datos de contacto e información numérica al cierre de cada mes

  • Establecer indicadores de seguimiento sobre los proyectos que aseguren el cumplimiento documental de los socios comerciales por cada región

  • Construir y administrar una plataforma que concentre la documentación de impacto de los socios comerciales:  contratos, convenios, acuerdos de precios, registro de auditorías, reporte de seguimiento contable, etc

  • Integrar información de los análisis de los distribuidores de Latinoamérica Norte

  • Analizar datos por canal y territorio (ventas, rentabilidad, etc), señalando puntos de impacto que puedan requerir planes de acción.

  • Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.

  • Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter. 

Lo que aportarás

  • Formación académica em Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, finanzas o carreras administrativas relacionadas

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares, manejo de Proyectos y coordinación de eventos

  • Captura y análisis de datos, estadística, desarrollo de herramientas de control. 

  • Buen dominio de Office, PPT, Word, Excel (fórmulas, filtros, tablas dinámicas, gráficas, macros)

    Inglés Intermedio
