As a R&D Project Lead - Sterility Assurance within our Clinical Nutrition R&D team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sterility and safety of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, validation, and regulatory compliance — all while contributing to innovations that improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the Sterility Assurance lead on cross-functional product development teams.
Design and execute microbiological experiments and interpret technical data.
Develop and review validation protocols, reports, and rationale statements.
Support sterilization validation projects (e.g., moist heat, irradiation).
Ensure compliance with GxP, Quality System Regulations, and other applicable standards.
Contribute to technical feasibility assessments and process improvements.
Monitor project timelines and budgets for assigned activities.

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology).
2–4 years of experience in QC/QA microbiology or sterility assurance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Strong knowledge of sterilization technologies and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude.
