Our R&D site in Braine-l’Alleud is at the heart of developing therapeutic products and medical devices that make a real difference. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Product Quality System team and ensure excellence in compliance, product development, and continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

As Quality Manager, you will:

  • Act as Site Quality Head and Quality Management Representative for Baxter R&D Europe.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, ensuring compliance with global regulations (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ICH, 21 CFR, MDR, MDSAP).
  • Provide quality leadership for new product development and lifecycle management projects.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Risk Management, Design & Development, and Quality by Design (QbD).
  • Oversee laboratory operations, change control, CAPA/NCR processes, and audit readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, internal audits, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing Quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences with 8+ years of experience in Quality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device regulations, including GMP, ISO standards, and FDA/EMEA requirements.
  • Experience in project management, risk analysis, and quality systems development.
  • Fluent both in English and French.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, TrackWise, TcU, and Microsoft Office.
  • Certification in CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
