Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Distribution Account Manager to lead our Non Acute Care strategy across the Benelux region. You’ll be at the forefront of our Frontline Care (FLC) portfolio, which includes trusted brands like Welch Allyn and Mortara—offering intelligent diagnostics, connected monitoring, respiratory and cardiology solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Accelerate Sales & Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with key distributors to drive revenue and market share.
  • Strategic Market Planning: Co-create and execute impactful go-to-market strategies tailored to the Non Acute Care landscape.
  • Empower with Expertise: Equip distributors with deep product knowledge and technical support to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Expand Market Reach: Identify new opportunities and unlock potential across the Benelux region.
  • Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track KPIs, analyze results, and ensure distributors meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders—Marketing, Service, and others—to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
  • Lead Product Launches: Drive the introduction and adoption of new Frontline Care products within the distribution network.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in distributor management, ideally within medical technology or devices.
  • Proven success in Non Acute/Primary Care markets.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • A natural communicator with customer-centricity and interpersonal finesse.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
