Title: Consultant, IT – Global Planning Technology Integration

Location: Bangalore

Your Role

Provide technical leadership for design, delivery, and support of the data integration between various Baxter ERP systems and corporate Supply Planning system RapidResponse.  Strong technical knowledge and experience with system implementation & support in a complex global environment. Partner closely with the business team to develop, deliver and support technology solutions that align with business requirements and Baxter standards.

Your Role

Provide technical leadership for the design, delivery, and support of data integrations between Baxter ERP systems and the corporate Supply Planning platform (Kinaxis RapidResponse). Partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable integration solutions aligned with Baxter standards in a complex global environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of ERP ↔ Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) integration solutions in alignment with business requirements and Baxter standards.
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Supply Chain Planning, ensuring end‑to‑end integration stability and business continuity.
  • Own proactive IT operational processes, including monitoring, performance metrics, incident management, and SLA adherence for integrations.
  • Drive root cause analysis for incidents and lead remediation efforts to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in large, complex projects using Agile and/or SDLC methodologies; accountable for assigned scope, deliverables, timelines, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the change request backlog based on business impact and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, procedures, and training materials.
  • Define, prepare, and execute test strategies, test data, and validation activities for complex integrations.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP or JD Edwards Supply Chain Planning modules and ERP‑to‑planning system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro (preferred but not compulsory).
  • Solid understanding of data integration concepts across enterprise systems.
  • Experience working within Agile and SDLC delivery models.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills within the supply chain planning domain.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application analysis, design, and implementation (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, ETL).
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain business processes.
  • Strong English and Spanish language skills required, must be comfortable conversing in English
